“Toys for Tots has delivered happiness and a message of hope to millions of children for decades. I’m proud that our Parks Department is joining this mission for the first time and giving Yonkers families another way to make a meaningful difference this holiday season.” said Mayor Mike Spano.

Yonkers residents are encouraged to drop off new, unwrapped toys at designated Parks Department locations through December 15. Locations include Yonkers Parks Headquarters, 285 Nepperhan Avenue; E.J. Murray’s Memorial Skating Center, 348 Tuckahoe Road; Nodine Hill Community Center, 140 Fillmore Street; Bernice Spreckman Community Center, 777 McLean Avenue; Charles Cola Community Center, 945 N. Broadway; Scotti Community Center, 680 Bronx River Road and Nepperhan Community Center, 342 Warburton Avenue/

“The Yonkers Parks Department is happy to partner with the Marine Corps Reserves and their many dedicated volunteers to send a message of hope and a distribution of toys to those less fortunate,”  said Yonkers Parks, Recreation and Conservation Commissioner Steve Sansone.
