For more than three decades, Yonkers Riverfest has been one of the region’s most anticipated community celebrations, drawing thousands to Downtown Yonkers each September.
The Yonkers Downtown/Waterfront BID invites everyone to mark their calendars for Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm along the scenic Yonkers waterfront. This annual festival features live music, food, arts and crafts, family activities, and more, attracting over 15,000 attendees from across the tri-state area.
“Yonkers Riverfest is an incredible showcase of our beautiful waterfront and thriving downtown,” said Mayor Mike Spano. “Every year it brings people together to enjoy world-class entertainment, great food, and fun for the whole family, and 2025 will be no exception.”
As the largest one-day festival in Westchester County, Riverfest transforms downtown Yonkers into a vibrant hub of activity. Visitors can expect multiple stages of live music, dozens of food trucks and culinary vendors, unique arts and crafts, interactive community exhibits, kids’ activities, and much more. The 2025 music lineup will be announced soon, promising something for everyone.
“Riverfest has become a cherished tradition for our community for over 30 years, and we are excited to once again welcome residents and visitors to experience the very best of Yonkers,” said Sara Brody, Executive Director of the Yonkers Downtown/Waterfront BID. “This event celebrates our city’s energy, diversity, community, and creativity while giving local businesses and vendors an opportunity to shine.”
